Alexsandra Dário is a clinical psychoanalyst with more than ten years of experience in individual and couples sessions. Her practice is guided by Freudian and Lacanian psychoanalysis — by listening to the unconscious, to what reveals itself beyond what a person consciously knows about themselves. Analytic work makes it possible to understand the conflicts, symptoms and repetitions that run through each person's history, relationships and choices. Psychoanalysis seeks the unconscious origin of what makes a person suffer, fostering emotional autonomy, strengthening one's own identity and inspiring each person to rewrite their own story.
