Dr. Priscilla Leitner is a clinical psychologist who has worked for more than 15 years in the fields of eating behavior and lifestyle medicine. She is the founder and director of the Instituto de Pesquisa do Comportamento Alimentar de Curitiba (IPCAC), an institution dedicated to treatment, research and professional training in mental health. Her work combines science, technique and compassionate care, with a gentle approach that demystifies the relationship between body, food and mental health. She provides evidence-based psychotherapy for issues such as emotional eating, binge eating and eating disorders. Creator of the IPCAC hands-on specialization program in Eating Behavior and Eating Disorders, she is also a postgraduate lecturer, clinical supervisor, researcher and author of books and book chapters in the field.
